The Toyota Production System (TPS) Grade IV Certificate is a globally recognised professional development program designed to build a strong and practical understanding of Toyota’s management and production philosophy. The program focuses on the foundations of operational excellence, including waste elimination, Just in Time, Jidoka, standardised work, problem solving, and kaizen, enabling participants to understand how TPS drives sustainable performance in real organisational contexts.
The program is delivered through structured live online sessions led by senior TPS sensei and concludes with a formal assessment and certification. Participants receive the official TPS textbook prior to the commencement of the program, allowing them to prepare effectively for the sessions. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded the TPS Grade IV certificate, which is delivered in printed form to their address.
