- Ji-Kotei-Kanketsu (JKK)-Building in Quality with Ownership – Understand Toyota’s JKK philosophy, where each process takes full ownership for quality and ensures defects are not passed on to the next stage.
- JKK at production site – Learn how production teams take ownership of quality and prevent defects at the source.
- JKK of staff duties – Explore how quality ownership can be applied to administrative and support functions beyond the production floor.
- How to progress with JKK activities of staff duties- Discover practical steps for implementing and advancing JKK activities within daily staff operations.
- Effect of JKK activities – Examine the impact of JKK on quality performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Support tools for JKK activities – Learn about the key tools and methods used to sustain and strengthen JKK initiatives across the organization.
