The Toyota Cost Management (TCM) Grade IV Certificate is a globally recognised professional development program designed to build a strong and practical understanding of Toyota’s proven cost management methodology. The program focuses on the foundations of cost management, including cost planning, cost accounting, target costing, product planning, and cost reduction, enabling participants to understand how Toyota’s approach improves profitability and supports sustainable business growth.
The program is delivered through structured live online sessions led by Mr. Toshio Horikiri, former Toyota Chief Engineer and Chairman of Toyota Engineering Corporation (TEC), and concludes with a formal assessment and certification. Participants receive the official TCM study materials prior to the commencement of the program, allowing them to prepare effectively for the sessions. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded the TCM Grade IV Certificate, which is delivered in printed form to their address.
